Another Quiz focused release.

• Leaderboard information is now persistent, and it is up to you to delete it. This means you can now do part of a Quiz, then maybe hold a raffle, or run a race, and when you go back to the Quiz the leaderboard data is still there.
• New question style: Multiple Choice Images. Show four images for your players to make a guess at
• New question style: Put in Order. Shows strings or images in a random order for your players to correctly arrange
• New answer formatter: Swapped Vowels. Placing braces { } around an answer will replace any vowels with different ones
• New answer formatter: Missing Letters. Placing round brackets ( ) around an answer will replace every other letter with an underscore
• New answer formatter: Missing Vowels. Placing plus symbols + around an answer will remove all the vowels from an answer
• For multiple choice questions that have a media file, you can change the location of the possible answers: Top, Right, Bottom, Left
• You can now have either 2, 3, or 4 answers for a Multiple choice question
• Display a message if you are having a break from a quiz, with optional countdown timer
• In Quiz Management clicking on a Question will now give you a preview of how the question will look to the quizzers, so you can make sure it looks good.
• You now have the ability to style aspects of the questions. You can:
  • Change the background of a question. Options are the default image, a solid colour or gradient colour
  • Change the colour of the question text
  • Change the font of the question text
  • Change the colour of the answer text
  • Change the background of a multiple choice option: Options are the default image, a solid colour or gradient colour

Along with the above there are tweaks and bug fixes
